3560 Policing

Hi All

If I want to police incoming traffic on a 3560 switch, and the
incoming port is a routed port, is this even possible.
E.g if I want to set the DSCP value for conforming traffic and mark
down to another DSCP value for non-conforming traffic
how would I do this.

I have read various documentation but this always talks about policing
only being possible for an SVI on a 3560.

Any help is appreciated.
