You will have to configure aaa local on the router. Tie the username to the aaa
config so that once they authenticate via chap it calls the right aaa config and
applies the vrf to the virtual-access interface...

you can manually set the ospf router-id to correct that if need be i would
imagine
interesting combo of vrf with pppoe i will have to lab it up...
