BASIC DOUBTS!!!!

What is the difference between clock rate and bandwidth in a particular
interface?
I have a serial link connecting 2 routers which is a T1 link which is 1544
kbs
but i have given 2560kbs as a clock rate
what will actually happen if the configured clock rate is more than that of
the access speed??

what is the difference between traffic share and traffic-min command in
eigrp process?
