RSVP sender and sender-host

What is the excact difference between ip rsvp sender and ip rsvp
sender-host. (also ip rsvp reservation and ip rsvp reservation-host)
The documentatie says
Ip rsvp sender
Enters the senders in the RSVP database. Enables a router to behave like it
is receiving and processing RSVP PATH messages.

ip rsvp sender-host
The related *ip rsvp sender-host* command enables a router to simulate a
host generating RSVP PATH messages.

Is it so that ip rsvp sender only pretend like its receiving PATH messages
and sender-host is actualy generating those messages?
What is the purpose of ip rsvp sender than
