Well, this is not the typical question that I always get; almost all CCIE
candidates want to know the difference between local-as and no-export...this
one seems like a new request :)

We usually use the Local-as community in confederation scenarios where you
want to confine a route within a local AS (i.e. it should not leave the
local sub-AS). On the other hand the Internet one simply means "let it go!"
; advertise this route to the internet community, and any router that
belongs to it (loosely all routers).
