The 'show run all' runs on the ASA/PIX.. and shows the running configuration
+ default settings/commands (which are hidden with the regular 'show run').
Some examples are default inspection maps, class-maps, default VPN settings
etc.
The 'show run full' is an IOS command. Try to do a 'show run ?' on an IOS
box to see all the available options.
I think the 'show run all' command is available on all platforms running 7.x
and later.
