Written exam validity-- please advice

Hi All,

I know this has been asked many a times but i have a query with regard to my
certification.

took my written in August08
took my lab in october 09(did not pass)

so is my written valid till Feb2011(august 08 +18months + 12months for
attempting lab)

or till october10

any help will be nice
