OT: alternative for securecrt on osx ?

Can anyone recommend a good alternative for SecureCRT on OSX (in addition to ZOC) ?

requirements:
1. saved sessions in a folder structure that are stored on the disk as a file or a folder structure
2. telnet/ssh/serial, serial should be easy to configure
3. tabs, drag/drop, customizable
4. good keyboard shortcuts for performance
5. easy to log and save sessions
