Let's call it v4.01. There are no blueprint changes, just some added
"tweaks". We will cover those as a part of planned update of our vol.2
workbook.

It's nothing to be concerned about. CCIE team is making great
improvement to the program that was in a kind of a crisis and
discourse with the real world - we all know the old saying "you will
do this only in the lab". They want to get rid of that and it's great
step forwards. They have my full support [if they care about it :-)].
