Paid task (call block if unknow caller).

Hi experts,

I have a router with two E1 interfaces one that connect to the PSTN while
the other is connect to a PBX, it will back to back these two E1 interfaces,
but I want it to drop any call that come from the PSTN from unknown
(unspecified number) while back haul the rest of the calls to the second E1
that connect to the PSTN.
