VLAN Traffic Monitoring Software

Hi All

Can anybody help me with any Network Management software to Measuring /
Monitoring traffic utilization from VLAN in a Cisco 6500 Core Switch
or from the uplink in the distribution switch. (Having 10GE Uplink)
