Re: VSS AND Wireless service module

Hello,

for VSS you need at least IOS 12.2(33)SXH1 ( 12.2(33)SXH is depricated ),
but you can not run the WiSM Module with it....

For VSS together with the WiSM you need IOS 12.2(33)SXI and on the
WiSM itself you must use the minimum software version 3.2.171.6.

To your follow up question: you can run the WiSM in only one chassis
and of cause the redundancy concepts of the WiSM will available while
running in both chassis one WiSM ( in case of a chassis breakdown, you
have one running in the other one.
BTW, support for quad supervisor engines is supported with IOS
12.2(33)SXI4.
