RSVP with LLQ

I have been reading the configuration guide with regards to enabling
LLQ support for RSVP.
The guide makes reference to using the following command:

ip rsvp pq-profile

And it requires the interface to have WFQ enabled.

However consider a scenario where I am running MLP over Frame Relay.
I have configured my virtual-template with LLQ and I have applied this to
my Frame-Relay DLCI. I also shape my DLCI using legacy traffic-shaping.

I am assuming this would work without having to configure WFQ under
the legacy traffic shaping
as this would contradict the LLQ policy applied under the virtual-template?
