Yes it is. So even though we have some updates from the Program Managers
until this is officially announced the 6 month period doesn't start. So
focus on the test for now and see if you can pass it before you need to
start mortgaging your house to rent equipment to study :) Or of course you
can come to us once we have our racks built to support the IOS-XR products.

It's pretty typical that once blue print changes are announced there's
a 6 month lag before they take effect? Is that usually the time
discrepancy from announcement to effect?
