Tying your own noose is part of the new blueprints. You have 15 minutes at
the start of the lab, and if you can't tye an acceptable one, you
automatically fail.
Seriously, though... those are the network and power drops for each
candidate PC. All of the "wall" jacks are on the ceiling.
Oh, and the new proctor is a NC State fan, so you can talk smack about the
Packers all you want. Just don't say anything bad about the Wolfpack or
she'll go in and break stuff on your rack during lunch.
