LACP/PAGP

Hi All,
 
I am having a 6500 Cat OS and all my modules are having channel protocol as
PAGP. I want to change it to Lacp. As my servers are connected to it i want to
know will the port channel bounce during it or is there any way to enable both
on it (not on port but on the module itself)
