ASA outbound traffic

Hi

Default route for the backbone is the ASA.
LAN Users are configured with explicit proxy on their IE for internet
browsing.
ASA is configured with ACL for inside & outside interface

 LAN User PC needs ports 443 / 8092 / 8094 to connect to an application on
the internet.
ACL inside allows the ports 443/8092/8094 from source 192.168.1.100 to
anything on internet.
But it doesnt work??
Hits are only seen on port 443 but other ports no hits

If the PC is directly connected to Internet via DSL,
 application works and wireshark shows correct ports as mentioned above.

Any clue
