ISDN Calls Authentication Failure

Hello Group,

I dont suppose anyone has, or it is possible to create a script in tcl/eem
that can tell if after say 3x authentication failures on an ISDN Service the
EEM script will shutdown the interface so that customers do not rack up huge
phone bills from local call costs?
