Re: CCAr - Meet the First Two Cisco Certified Architects

These two men are Alvaro Retana (CCIE #1609, CCDE #20070006 - Principal
Engineer at Cisco) and Khalid Raza (CCIE #1192, CCDE #20070004 -
Distinguished Engineer at Cisco), each working for more than 15 years at
Cisco.

Of course it's marketing. These guys are the first CCArs and they publish an
internal interview with them to give people some insight. You can't expect
too much from such an event. Yet we should welcome such efforts from Cisco
to provide at least some insight in this new certification. I heard from
reliable sources that the next board exam date is fully booked already.
Keeping in mind that CCDE is a prerequisite it seems like people would like
to go for it.
