Hi,

It looks like you're talking about class-based tunnel selection
(CBTS), where class is defined based on Diff-Serv EXP marking. Cisco
routers support this feature for TE tunnels:

Though there is no default "fallback" to the LDP signaled path, you
may easily simulate the same behavior by adding another tunnel with
dynamic routing option.
