Conditional static route on Cisco 6509

Hi,

Can any one help me getting this query answered -

- I want to implement Conditional static routing on 6509 (IOS platform) so
that static route is installed only if remote end is up (which is not directly
connected).

Same is possible in router through "track" and "ip sla" but I am unable to
find the same for Cisco 6509.

Any help would be appreciated.
