regarding output errors on switchport

Hi All,
I am wondering what are these output drops.The server is connected to
this switchport and when i do a packet capture i see that source sends the SYN
packt but the server doesnt respond with the SYN ACK packet and i see these
drops on the interface. What are the reasons for output drops can anyone
help?
