Everything I have tried does not work on R3.
I tried everyones suggestion and no summarization worked.
It appears that the area range command can only be used at the ABR of the
area that originates the route.
Of course it works on R1 without an issue.
So then how is it possible to summarize a group of routes in OSPF at an ABR
other than the originating ABR?
