Determing frame relay circuit speed on CE router

Hi All,

I'm in the process of auditing a customers frame relay network. The primary
driver for this audit is to verify that the customer is getting the speed
they paid for. Most of the WAN circuits are P2P F/R with single pvc back to
the PE router.

I'm looking into various ways to verify circuit speed without running
throughput tests (150+ sites). The serial port speed is set through clock
rate on the dce however I dont know of any commands to display the
configured clock rate value on the CE router. Sh controllers etc doesnt
give much away,

I have access to the PE router config and can see the vbr-nrt values applied
to the various atm pvcs. With my limited atm understanding this shapes the
pvcs outband rate and would have to be set equal or higher to the pvcs
configured clock rate?

Any input or suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers

Matt
