written/lab blueprint differences - section 11

So forgive me if I missed the commentary on this in the archives. I am
probably going to have to recert on the written before I go back to the
lab. I pulled up the PDFs for the written VS. lab. The first ten sections
are identical. I honestly didn't plan on deviating that much from my lab
studies to prepare for the written. Then, I noticed that on the written,
there is a section "11". This is not on the lab section. Would anyone care
to offer any commentary on this section? It references "proposed changes to
a network". I'm trying to be NDA-aware since these blueprints require
authen to view....
