CCIE SP question PPPoE

I have configured PPPoE between a interface
Now, I am getting address through DHCP

say R5 is calling R9

R5 is also a CE and R9 is a PE

 all the VPN configs,
do i have to apply the VRF, MUlticast configuration under a
virtual template or on a physical interface

little confused
