RE: lunch

Each time I have been they have given a 10 or 20 minute warning. Which
allowed me to review where I was and save my configurations.

I will say each person has their unique way of doing things.

When I took my Security Exam I took the time to ponder on an issue I had
before Lunch. I sat there and thought thru the problem I was facing and
what I had worked on and what I could have possibly missed. 10 minutes
before lunch was over I had come up with the solution and was sitting on the
edge of my seat waiting to be told we could go back. About 2 minutes after
lunch the task was complete as I had come up with the solution during lunch.

So it is impossible to say "you can't do this" or "you must do this" or
"This is a must" because we all learn and apply knowledge in unique ways. I
for one have never re-drawn a diagram in the lab yet I recommend doing so to
almost everyone. I suggest each person needs to be aware of their own
strength and weaknesses when approaching the lab and use their strengths to
their advantage.
