Hello Hemanth,

One option would be to configure root guard on switch ports that connect to
the target switch. If the target switch attempts to become root then the
connected switch port will go into root inconsistent state (blocked) and
will isolate the switch from the rest of the network. The target switch
will become root for all VLANs, but only within its own 1-switch network.
Whether this solution is acceptable depends on the exact wording of the
requirement.
