I am seeing different opinions about DOC CD coming from gurus:

One is that if you need to look more than once then you are not ready. If that is the case why I would waste my time mastering DOC CD if after all it is for only one question on the lab ? Should I rather google and learn quickly rather than spend hours looking for info on DOC CD ?

Other opinion is that no one can pass without consulting DOC CD and then mastering it is essential.

Yes indeed.

But please keep this in mind, you have absolutely no time to fumble looking something up during the TS section. This new section has once again reminded us that we need to truly master navigation and use of the DOC-CD if we are to use it in our strategy.

I mention "if we are to use it" in our strategy since there are the very rare individuals out there that will breeze through Version 4 without ever once consulting the documentation.
