Just to add to good advice you've gotten so far. You can combine PS/TS and E series together, but a non E and E together will bring the stack down to 32 gbps. You can combine different feature sets, but if you're running ip services on your master, you should set next highest priority to run the same feature set. One of the advantages of running a stack is the cross-stack etherchannel, if you intend on using that feature, check out http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/software/release/12.2_25_sec/configuration/guide/swstack.html#wp1195464 The etherchannel will use the mac address of the master switch, if you lose the master, that MAC disappears and all your etherchannels will bounce. Setting the stack-mac persist command will help with that.
