Yes,
It is something else. It enables unequal load balancing across multiple paths, typically where you have multiple ebgp connections to an upstream provider.

It however works with bgp communities. Check out Cisco's docs

What the feature of enabling unequal load balancing in BGP has anything to
do with DMZ? On my prod network a DMZ is the third leg on the firewall,
where public servers live and it has nothing to do with BGP. Is DMZ
something else in BGP context?
