ATM study for CCIE SP

Hi Folks,

I am going to start with study of ATM for CCIE SP lab. As I don't have any
prior experience of working on ATM technology, so can someone guide me what
material/ book i should refer for the study of ATM with respect to CCIE LAB.
Also please let me know which ATM topics are sufficient to practice for LAB
and which topic should be read in depth for OEQ section.
