That is correct.

The error as Tony listed tells you what the problem is.
Convert the 0x04746F90 to decimal to get 74739600 = 74.73MB

The image (c2600-adventerprisek9-mz.124-23.bin) you trying to load
according the the error requires a minimum amount of 75MB DRAM.
I would guess you only 64MB DRAM in that box.
The flash memory you upgraded is not the issue. That only holds the image.

Goto http://www.cisco.com/go/fn and goto 'search by image'.
Insert your image and you will see the recommended required memory as
per cisco is (DRAM / Min Flash :128 / 32)
