Make sure you have the interface tied to the bridged interface which should
by default be the vmnet0. vmnet1 often is selected and this is the NAT
interface. Make sure that vmnet0 is also bridged to your physical network
that you want to use. Then just configured the network settings on your
VM's as you normally would.

I Hav a small question regarding the vmware setup

 

I installed CM-publisher, Subscriber and other servers in VMware. Its
running perfect

 

How configure in local machine so i can access all these servers, where can
configure the gateway so all my servers can ping and access to all
