IPS 4240 is about 3,000 for cheapest.
3,000 with proctorlabs.com would buy you 100 sessions with no discounts that
the sales team usually gives. That is 800 hours of rack time. Plus if you
buy our workbook you get 400 free hours. So for around the prices of the
IPS you could get more rack time then you could possibly ever use. You can
do as you choose of course but buying the hardware is not the most cost
effective ;)

i dont know about licensing stuff. is because of licensing the cost is high
