storm-control and mac acl both works for traffic from (send traffic from the
server port ) the interface, I am looking for solution to block traffic to
the interface(receive traffic on server port). alternatively I can use
storm-control or mac acl on uplink port of the switch but this is fine as
long as nothing is connected with the switch which needs to receive traffic.

Thanks,
