I am not aware of recommended values. These would typically be something
you would get on the test as far as what they want you to set it to. Or in
real world it would be a direction of TAC telling you to change the default
values for the LSA timers for example. These by default are 0, 5 and 5
seconds by default so I would say that is the recommended value for LSA.
