NAT every port to one port.

Experts!
How can I NAT all ports on a given public IP to a particular port on a
private IP.for example. Public IP 2.2.2.2 ports 1-65XXX get forwarded to
Private IP 10.1.1.1 port 8888.
Please note that i am not looking for static NAT ,in that case the public
port gets translated to the respective private port not to a specific port.
I hope i am clear.
