Based on the known hardware I would say yes. I would have to speculate that
they meant to say SRR

Hi experts,

The new bluprint (both the original and the expanded) do mention WRR, but
the equipment lists do not have the 3550 anymore. Is it prudent to ignore
this(WRR) in my studies since i will SUPPOSEDLY not see a 3550 in the lab?
