Hello Hussam!
The Peer Command is used for what Cisco calls Symmetric Active Mode - this means that either device can update each other's time. You will typically need to read the NTP task wording VERY carefully to determine exactly what commands need to be configured where in the NTP infrastructure. Also, watch out - the ntp server command is the one you configure on the device in the client role. Go figure! :-)
For your Mock Lab on Saturday, be sure to do the following....
- Use on the materials provided on screen - do not print any materials
- Use only the Products node of the DOC-CD interface
- Ensure you close all email and other such apps. Shut off cell phones and pagers.
- You may use blank scratch paper and colored pencils.
Enjoy the experience and do well! If your Mock Lab is from INE, I can tell you that if you do very well (score in the 90s), you are most likely ready to pass the real thing! This is especially true if your feel your Technical Knowledge of the blueprint areas YOU WERE NOT TESTED ON is also very strong.
Again, if you are an INE Mock Lab student, please feel free to forward your final proctor score report PDF to me once you receive it. I would love to see how you did!
Warmest Regards,
