Brad,

I had no idea Cisco made a habit of breaking NDA with you. It's not a good
idea to announce that to this list :)

Seriously though, think about it.

If it's only a rumor, they'd say that it was.
If it's really going to happen, they'd say it was a rumor until it was
official announced.

The only way you'd really know about something like this (Core Knowledge
waivers) ahead of an official announcement would be if you were part of the
process developing it; and even then, you'd be bound by NDA to tell anyone,
until it was officially announced.
