Yes, but please... let's not forget that this is not NEWS - this is
RUMOR at the moment. The rumor is coming from one source - that
doesn't mean it's not true, but it most certainly doesn't mean it's
true...

Like few people said here, many of us have contacts in Cisco and treat
them as "sources" of information. I can tell you that none of my
contacts ever mentioned this change. They did mention some other
things and those things happened, or are about to happen.

Take the advice: ignore the rumors and hit the books/racks. Even if
Cisco drops the price by $400, wasting time thinking about it, may
cost you $1000+1000, which is more than you would pay now. Think about
it.
