Oh well... I tried to stay out of this, because I don't like to
disagree with people.
You must enable FRTS for MLPoFR to operate properly, as some of the
functions of MLP (like fragmentation and interleaving) are relying on
those same functions in Frame Relay, which work only when FRTS is
enabled.
If people tell you that you do not have to enable it, you are doing it
at your own risk. I wouldn't skip doing it, or you may be in for a
nasty surprise ;-)
