The fact remains that you MUST pass the troubleshooting section and you MUST pass the configuration section. Passing score has always been 80% for the lab (if I remember correctly). So it is of little relevance if the configuration portion is worth 10 points or 1000 points. The first mark you would need 8 points to pass the second you would need 800 points to pass. When they announced that they would be removing the OEQs, they said it would give more time for the configuration section but they did not indicate that any changes would be made to the configuration or the troubleshooting sections.
What Marko is saying is be more concerned with learning the technology. That is about the only way to get the points you need. However, once you are in the lab, you can quickly figure out how many points you need, how many you think you have gotten and how much it cost when you skip a section. But until you are in the *hot* seat, I would worry more about how BGP confederation peers work, how to test full reach ability, how to verify everything you configure, how to configure and troubleshoot OER, etc.
Not trying to slam anybody for asking questions, just trying to help!
Regards,
Nathan Richie
