LDP in FR & OSPF NBMA

Experts,
In an FR PMP setup , OSPF running as NBMA and LDP configured with each
other.

The LDP adjacency builds between the HUB and spokes(L2) , routing table next
hop might be another spoke(OSPF NBMA) , so the packets get untagged from
spokes as no valid route towards the LDP peers.

Any solution in the MPLS configuration for this or have to do a work around.
