If the idea is to implement OER with a static route and OER isn't initiated
until OOP then why police the http traffic at R5 fa0/0 to 112k? The link
utilization will go OOP at 96k. The serial link between R2 and R3 and the
link between R3 and R1 will go OOP at 96k as well. So their verification is
doing what exactly by policing R5?
Is it that we want two of the 3 paths to go OOP, r3 and r2 go OOP, but r5
does not? Resulting in r4 being the preferred path.
I'm just trying to figure out what scenario they are trying to create.
I am missing something!
