As Marko says don't take any risks on that day. Stay there a night before, try to sleep well and then catch a cab heading to the testing center. I believe you speak a different language and will go mad if you get pulled over or something like that early in the morning. You spend 100-200E more but it's really worth it.

I am AGAIN going to advise you against that, but decision is yours
ultimately. You may be saving b,150 by paying $1400+VAT (and with
today's exchange rate, that's not nice).
