Both can be used, they'll do the same thing in ur topolgy.

Virtual-template has some advantages though. It supports dynamic dial
in/out features.

Also Virtual-access interface is dynamically created only when the
link is active thereby saves some resources. This advantage is more
applicable if u have a bigger setup. For a static P2P setup, it really
doesnt make a difference.
