Hi Arun,
First, make sure you set your DSL modem to bridged mode properly like
you said. Then, you will need to configure PPPoE on the Cisco router.
Give this a try
interface FastEthernet0/0
no ip address
pppoe enable
pppoe-client dial-pool-number 1
!
interface Dialer1
mtu 1492
ip address negotiated
encapsulation ppp
dialer pool 1
