Subject: Re: OT:3G connections in Europe
Hi mate.
You might consider "3" (three.com), 7 out of 9 countries are in Europe. They
do vary in mobile broadband conditions. Here is an example from UK home-page
-------------
Using Internet & Data while roaming in the EU?
We don't want you to spend more money than you want to when using the internet
on your phone or Mobile Broadband while in the European Union. So to help you
manage costs abroad, we've set an EU roaming data limit for all our customers
of #45 each month. Find more information here
<http://www.three.co.uk/sdf/eudr> .
If you want to change your Mobile Broadband EU data roaming limit, call us on
+44 7782 333 330 (standard charges apply).
-----------
First-hand experience, I came to Australia with Swedish "3" and used Skype and
GPS with Goggle maps with reasonable pricing. Infact data prices from Sweden
when being in "3 like home" country were lower than local Australian. :-)

Guys,
I'm looking for a reliable 3G service provider in Europe. The company
should be able to offer USB 3G prepaid connections with an acceptable
seamless coverage "across" the EU (or as many countries as possible).
This will be utilized to connect roaming users to the Internet. I
understand many companies do offer roaming services but is there any
provider over there to see the EU as a single region in terms of
billing?
PS. VPN support is great but not necessary.
